Starting point.

So here is where the bike started, a used 2004 Harley Sportster 1200 Custom.  I bought it from a gentleman who purchased it new and has taken good care of it since.  It had the HD stage 1 upgrades at the time of purchase (SE intake, SEII pipes and jetting).  I recieved the bike with both a Daytripper seat and a Sundowner for longer or two up rides.  He also threw in a sissy bar with quick release system installed.

So I would like to start this out by saying I am in no way a motorcycle "builder", I am simply somebody who loves to ride and enjoys working on motorcycles.  This is where I will post updates of what I am doing to my Sportster and hopefully others can find it useful for their project or if nothing else, something to read while pooping.
